1. The extension and modernizing of hotel "Preslav" -
a town Velingrad.
Velingrad is about 145 km from the Capital and it's one of the most famous
Bulgarian balneology spa. Hotel "Preslav" is a private property and
it has 35 rooms, 3 apartments, a restaurant, and a cocktail bar, a pool with
mineral water and parking. There is looking for investments for extension of
bed and restaurant base, reconstruction of the pool, extension of the congress
hall, delivery of a sport and hunting equipments.
A necessary size of the investments: 200 000 Euro.
2. The building of hotel complex "Relax" - a village Ognianovo.
The Ognqnovo is in an unusual beautiful and ecology area of balneology tourism
past a town Goce Delchev. The hotel complex will build on the base of an extant
hotel. The capacity of the hotel will reach to the 35 rooms, the 5 apartments,
a restaurant, and a bar, an open and a covered pool with a mineral water, parking
and the other. The hotel complex will be a private property.

3. The renovation of hotel "Aivun" - a town Chepelare.
The Chepelare is a health resort in the mountain Rodopi and it's near to the
important mountain health resort with the international famous - Pamporovo.
The area of a town Chepelare is ecology clean, a rich with the natural, cultural
and historical unique places of interests. The renovation provides for: extension
and restore of the hotel rooms, building of a sauna and a gym, and mountain
of ecology heating in the hotel and in the covered pool, an aggregate for reserve
electro supply and the other. The hotel is a private property.
A necessary size of the investments: 100 000 Euro.
4. The building of a new health complex "Vesta - 2" - a town Kazanluk.
The Kazanluk is famous like a town of the roses and the Thracian possessors.
It is situated in the foot of the Stara planina and it's a geography center
of Bulgaria. Many tourist routes are barring there. The area is a rich of natural,
cultural and historical places of interests. The complex is situated on the
terrain of 20 miles and it will include: an open swimming pool, a restaurant
and a coffee, tennis cords, a motel with 100 places and a self-contained covered
pool, parking and the other.
The build is begun on the first stage. The hotel is a property of the private
company which possesses a less object "Vesta - 1".
